The food is excellent and the atmosphere is nice. The service however was terrible. Came here several times with my family and we never had an issue but last time the server was extremely rude. I expected better. Very disappointing. Will not be going back. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Any business that responds to a negative review and with an apology is a 5 star business … Thank you Restaurant Elyssar for your response …. I was surprised too that I remained unseen at seating just outside the window to the Restaurant, and from other experiences in Europe where the wait staff usually come to the table (this is sometimes the case in my home country, not always though) I stayed at the table rather than go inside … maybe a mixup of dining cultures has caused this experience for me … again I appreciate your response to my review and the offer of reparation, however I am no longer in your city or country to accept this offer … Best regards, Susan
