(Sic!). This information was completely at odds with the aforementioned information provided by the cashier a week prior! In addition, Monday this point of sale was closed, which she recognized herself! Then she informed me that she had 12 (twelve) canapes in store (Sic!). Why then first of all this attitude and this initial grumbling, defensive, unwelcoming, unfriendly and pontificating language if- as it turned out she had the goods in the store?! I informed him that I had purchased the twelve canapes and would pick them up early in the afternoon. What I have done. I was annoyed by this unwelcoming, grumbling, unfriendly and pontificating attitude and language of this person / manager. My education and decency did not allow me to answer her in the same tone. Therefore I hereby reject categorically and decisively as well as with the greatest emphasis this grumbling, defensive, unwelcoming, unloving, pontificating and unhelpful attitude and language of this person; S.
