Our establishment is a seasonal venue and had only just reopened at the end of April. On the evening of your visit, temperatures were still quite cold, which explains why the terrace — despite its view — was largely empty.Regarding the tagliata di manzo, we fully acknowledge that the quality of the meat delivered by our butcher that day did not meet our usual standards. This is not an excuse, and we take full responsibility for the dish you were served.We would also like to respectfully correct an inaccuracy: a gesture of goodwill was indeed offered to you in the form of coffee, dessert, and even a limoncello. This offer was declined at the time.We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and remain committed to improving our quality and consistency. We hope you may one day reconsider and give us another opportunity to provide you with a more satisfying experience.
