Attenzione allo scontrino! Ci siamo fermati oggi durante un giro in moto. Eravamo in due persone e abbiamo ordinato due panini e due Coca Cola. I panini erano discreti, nulla da dire. Una volta rientrati a casa, controllando lo scontrino, ci siamo accorti con grande sorpresa che ci era stato addebitato un terzo panino mai ordinato. La cosa lascia molto perplessi: alla cassa eravamo in due, abbiamo comunicato chiaramente l’ordine di due panini (anche in inglese, specificando “two”), e il conto riportava invece tre panini e due bevande. Una differenza che difficilmente può essere considerata un semplice errore di battitura o una distrazione, vista la corrispondenza tra persone presenti, ordinazioni e quantità riportate sullo scontrino. Un errore può capitare, ma in questo caso la situazione appare quantomeno poco chiara e lascia una spiacevole sensazione nei confronti del cliente. Consiglio a tutti i turisti, motociclisti e visitatori di controllare sempre attentamente lo scontrino prima di allontanarsi dal locale. Un piccolo importo non giustifica una mancanza di attenzione (o di correttezza) verso il cliente. Please check your receipt carefully! We stopped here today during a motorcycle trip. We were two people and ordered two sandwiches and two Coca Colas. The sandwiches were acceptable, nothing special to mention. Once we got home and checked the receipt, we noticed with great surprise that we had been charged for a third sandwich that we never ordered. This is very disappointing: there were two of us at the counter, we clearly ordered two sandwiches (also in English, specifying “two”), yet the receipt showed three sandwiches and two drinks. This situation is difficult to consider as a simple mistake, considering the number of people present, the order given and the items charged. Mistakes can happen, but in this case the situation is unclear and leaves a very unpleasant feeling for the customer. We strongly recommend that all tourists, motorcyclists and visitors carefully check their receipt before leaving the place. A small amount of money does not justify a lack of attention (or fairness) towards customers. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihren Kassenbon immer genau! Wir haben heute während einer Motorradtour hier Halt gemacht. Wir waren zu zweit und haben zwei Sandwiches und zwei Coca Cola bestellt. Die Sandwiches waren in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Nachdem wir zu Hause den Kassenbon kontrolliert haben, mussten wir mit großer Überraschung feststellen, dass uns ein drittes Sandwich berechnet wurde, das wir nie bestellt haben. Das ist sehr enttäuschend: Wir waren zu zweit an der Kasse und haben eindeutig zwei Sandwiches bestellt (auch auf Englisch mit dem Wort „two“). Trotzdem wurden auf dem Bon drei Sandwiches und zwei Getränke berechnet. Aufgrund der anwesenden Personen, der Bestellung und der berechneten Menge ist diese Situation nur schwer als einfacher Fehler zu erklären. Fehler können passieren, aber in diesem Fall bleibt beim Kunden ein sehr unangenehmer Eindruck zurück. Wir empfehlen allen Touristen, Motorradfahrern und Besuchern, den Kassenbon vor dem Verlassen des Lokals immer sorgfältig zu überprüfen. Ein kleiner Betrag rechtfertigt keine mangelnde Aufmerksamkeit (oder Fairness) gegenüber den Kunden.

Location location location. Great spot, close to the lifts and you can ski back into the boot room! Amazing for Andermatt. Service was lovely, Andrea could not do enough for us. Lovely breakfast. Friendly. Clean simple rooms, as described on the website. Service: 5
