Dear Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to clarify a few points. Firstly, we regret that your request for vegetables was not handled to your satisfaction. However, the dish provided was made in good faith to meet your request, and we understand your frustration with the situation. Our pricing, especially for water, reflects the local costs here in Switzerland, which unfortunately are higher than in many other places. Additionally, we note that you arrived a day later than planned, and we were happy to accommodate you and your group, even though you were four guests rather than the originally booked two. In an effort to ensure your comfort, we immediately prepared a sofa bed for you. Regarding the condition of the room, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues you described. We understand that the weather and snow can sometimes create unexpected challenges, and while we try our best to manage these, we will certainly take your feedback into account to improve the experience for future guests. We value all our guests and their feedback and continue to work hard to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.
