Non mi avevano mai servito un caffĆØ in modo cosƬ elegante. Hanno smontato un tavolo del pranzo per permetterci di prendere un espresso fuori. La locanda era super elegante. Poi ci hanno portato due espressi con acqua e due piccole porzioni di una torta spettacolare. Servizio eccellente. Torneremo. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Restaurant 37 in Bolzano: the kind of place that makes you briefly consider āmoving to Italyā as a financially responsible life choice. We started with a beetroot risotto that looked like it belonged in an art gallery and tasted like it belonged in my permanent personality. Creamy, earthy, slightly sweet, and so good I forgot how to share. Every bite was basically: āYes. Correct. More.ā If this risotto were a person, it would be effortlessly stylish and somehow always on vacation. Then the beef steak arrived like it had a personal trainer, a therapist, and a life coach. Perfectly cooked, properly juicy, and seasoned with the confidence of a kitchen that knows exactly what itās doing. I donāt say āincredible steakā lightly. I say it with the serious tone of someone who is about to cancel all future meals that arenāt this one. And then: tiramisu. Listen. Iāve had tiramisu before. I thought I knew tiramisu. This one turned out to be the final boss of desserts. Creamy, balanced, coffee-forward, not too sweet, and so good it made the table go silent in that āweāre having a momentā kind of way. Iām pretty sure I saw my soul leave my body and high-five the chef. Service and vibe? The whole experience felt smooth and intentionalālike someone backstage was quietly ensuring you have the best night of your life without making it weird. If you go, do yourself a favor: arrive hungry, order boldly, and save room for tiramisu. Or donāt save room and just deal with the consequences like an adult. Rating: 5/5. Would return.
