What an amazing experience at Ramen Shifu Roma Trastevere! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The ambiance is cozy, unique, and full of character, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. It was clear that a lot of care goes into both the food and the overall dining experience. This was not only my first visit to Ramen Shifu, but also my very first time eating ramen—and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. I was extremely satisfied with everything and genuinely impressed by how good the food tasted. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience in Trastevere. I will definitely be coming back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
