People are super nice there, but the boss barrista sniffed our coffee which is weird and CHF 8.00 is too much for a plain Cappu that comes without a glas of water or cookie (even in Zurich). The place has a lot to live up to if it wants to match the Paris Ralph vibes. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: CHF 10–20

I’ve been to several Ralph’s Coffee locations around the world, and this is definitely one of the nicer ones — mainly because it offers a lot more seating, both inside and outside, compared to others. The staff was very friendly. As expected given the hype, there was a queue, but it moved fairly quickly — I waited about 10 minutes. That at least gave me some time to properly look at the menu, where I noticed a CHF 1 surcharge for milk alternatives. That might be standard across their locations, I just hadn’t noticed before. Still, in 2026, that kind of extra charge feels a bit outdated — but that’s just my personal view. All seats, both inside and outside, were occupied. The iced cappuccino with oat milk was very good. And the staff really deserves credit — despite being very busy, they stayed consistently friendly and handled everything impressively well.
