Knowing the high quality of the food and being vegetarian myself, I cherish the possibility of enjoying the food from Hiltl on such peaceful and colorful ambience. atmosphere is the best of the three even though the selection is limited. BUT SERVICE IS CATASTROPHIC. This guy (maybe Swiss) is so RUDE!!!!!!!!! He shouldn’t be working here if he hates his job and they should do something about it. He was impatient with us even though it wasn’t busy and his Indian colleague had to step in because he overheard us complaining about how his colleague was so rude. Even then he was very condescending with his colleague. Dear Hiltl team, your food is expensive and you shouldn’t be hiring people who cannot provide a basic level of service. Those who don’t like working should quit the service industry. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Today we visited the beautiful Hiltl Pflanzbar.The moment you step into the doors you are greeted with gorgeous flowers and a very special ambience. The flower store inside is stunning and when we saw the all vegetarian buffet we were sold!The food, like usual at all Hiltl locations, is simply delicious and even though the space is small, the buffet choices are great!!Alberto, the manager of the Pflanzbar greeted us with such passion and we immediately felt very welcome. You can truly tell that he loves his job and it shows in the way he served us our yummy ginger teas and special brownies, so attentive and detail-oriented! We were just sitting in the middle of this flower oasis and enjoying the best service we had for a long time.Overall the food was amazing and the whole scenery makes this place very special and a hidden gem in Zürich!
