Un locale accogliente e affascinante, con proprietari veramente gentili. Il cibo è ottimo così come il conto.

Fortunately, I have traveled a lot, but it has never happened to me anywhere in the world to book a restaurant by leaving your name and surname and telephone number, for them to accept the reservation... and then call you back with a banal excuse..." I made a mistake in my calculations and therefore we have to cancel the reservation...". The incredible thing is that they knew well that there were 50 years to celebrate!!! Be careful who you trust... they could do it again... with you!!! Unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately we happened to make a mistake with her, who called us yesterday evening, Thursday 16th at 7.07pm to book for tomorrow, Saturday evening and she doesn't know how sorry we are. Today I called her back at 3.32pm, not even 24 hours had passed since her booking, having realized the mistake, apologizing and telling her that I made a mistake. Unfortunately, our restaurant seats a maximum of 16 people. If I had been able to fix myself in some way to remedy my mistake, I would have more than willingly done so, but I was unable to do so and I found myself forced to call her to give her the unpleasant news. I understand your disappointment very well and I apologize again for the mix-up and inconvenience caused to you. Having said that, I hope that if you ever make a mistake, you can find the kind understanding that was not granted to us. Kind regards and happy birthday.More
