Mi credete che avrò chiamato 100 volte in orari e giorni diversi, ma nessuno risponde??? Volevamo andarci in occasione di una cena tra ex compagni di scuola, ma è stato impossibile ricevere una benché minima risposta via telefono e se questo è il biglietto da visita dell'attività, preferisco non essere riuscita a prenotare.

The restaurant itself isn't bad when empty. When it's crowded, however, it results in chaos: we arrived at 8, the pizzas arrived at 10:40. For the rest of the tables, they started handing out pizzas an hour earlier. Maybe the oven was off, or the pizzas weren't ready: anyway, I say, how can you prepare a kitchen at 9:30 if customers start arriving at 7:30? We calculated an average of 2 pizzas every 20 minutes, which, considering the people present in the room, should be considered a fairly poor performance. Around 9am we saw more people come in and started praying that they would get out before 2am. There came a moment when we ironically applauded the arrival of the pizzas. For this reason, a waitress (who already seemed annoyed from the beginning) looked at us badly, perhaps being right, but in my opinion at that point she should just have been grateful that we had laughed at her. Several people got nervous and demanded the order be delivered. A customer at the same table as me did not receive the pizza and canceled the order because he was no longer hungry. The waiters were mortified by the deplorable service of the kitchen. However, the wall our table was next to was dirty and full of stains and spills. Above us, air conditioners dustier than dinosaur bones in the Middle Ages. When the starters arrived, we were not given plates, and had to eat on napkins. Sharing pizza with her mother, one girl asked for a plate, which arrived dirty. The food itself was good, even enjoyable if eaten at respectable times. In itself the problem is not the restaurant, nor the service, but the organisation. In conclusion, if you really want to try the local food (tasty fried foods and pizzas that are larger than the plate, which I suggest sharing) I would recommend going during the midweek, and avoiding the weekend at all costs (it should be noted, It's true that we went on a Saturday, however, the situation was manageable and much easier to control than they made it seem.
