We know we cant and wont …Well thank god its public holiday and out of boredom people can hand out bad reviews to local coffeeshops. We do omni roasts so our filter coffees are good for espresso and filter and therefor maybe slightly darker. We know we cant and wont try to please newbie coffee connaisseurs who only appreciate very light (and often grassy and underdeveloped) roast profiles. We know whats best for our beans and they are not geishas or from experimental rock star producers but from hard working coffee farmers. More
