Got the classic Florentine steak with roasted and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare as requested. It's served on a hot stone, which was perfect for my fiance who likes hers medium. She was able to cook it a little longer while it rested. It was a slow Monday evening, but the service was still excellent. Definitely the place to get a steak in Florentine. This place is a must-visit, loved everything about it! The atmosphere is special with a warm, inviting, and sophisticated touch. The menu is a true celebration of high-quality meat, expertly prepared and cooked to perfection. Every cut is flavourful, tender, and clearly chosen with care. The waiters and overall service were excellent, with knowledgeable staff who guide you through the best options. The deserts were also to die for, we chose the cheesecake!
