Absolutely recommendable bar buffet with outstanding service. After a strenuous hike during which I used up all my water and my battery died, I received free water bottles and the opportunity to charge my phone - my savior in an emergency! The nature-loving operator attaches great importance to environmental awareness and sustainability, which is reflected in his commitment to nature. Some reviews about plastic cups are contrary to this experience. However, the owner makes a conscious decision to use plastic cups for economic reasons. In a remote location at 2000 m altitude, it is logistically difficult to transport dishes by gondola or to operate a dishwasher due to the amount of water required and the amount of water with detergent to dispose of. This compromise makes it possible to keep the environmental impact minimal while at the same time offering a high quality buffet and a very fair price. Price per person: CHF 1–10
