We bought the restaurant. The new name is Restaurant La Tana, please book it in advance. Welcome back to enjoy food in the Aletsch Paradise.

Unfortunately not leased at the moment. The Adler is currently only closed. The text in the menu house explains the situation on site. There was very good food here. Unfortunately, the tenant's wife, the sole cook, is permanently ill. In the current situation, there are ONLY few chances of finding a good chef for such a seasonal operation. Everything is being done to reopen. I would be very happy about it. For Bettmeralp/Riederalp hikes, the café-restaurant is ideally located in the middle of the route.
