Dear guest, Thank you for your rating and feedback. I am sorry to hear we could not fulfill your expectations. I would like to clarify a few of the points that you mention though: To respect our official opening hours, ordering of food (except desserts) is usually possible until around 21:30...21:45. Therefore, accepting new guests around that time would not make sense and would not be fair to the gusts as there would not be enough time to prepare and serve the food. Virtually every evening we are fully booked and even have to turn down several additional requests. Therefore, if you walk in to our restaurant, say between 18 and 19h, and see "empty" tables, it just means that they have upcoming reservations (but it does not mean they are available). Also, if there actually was a table available, we would have no reason whatsoever to deny it to anyone asking for it. We have a sushi specialist and the chef of the kitchen who are preparing our sushi dishes. Depending on the evening, we are excluding 3 out of around 20 (!) sushi dishes (and not half of the sushi). By the way: all ingredients/toppings that are in the excluded dishes (uramaki) can be found in the offered sushi dishes (nigiri, hosomaki, futomaki).
