In fact, the dish is based on a classic of Milanese cuisine, SAUTE RICE, whose peculiarity is precisely that of having crunchy edges. As regards the SPECK SHRIMP, I would like to point out that that dish is one of the most appreciated by our customers, so perhaps, due to the law of large numbers, the problem would not lie in the dish, but in its judgement.
