The food was good (sushi amazing, some dishes distinctly average ) - service excellent - but the room is dated and a little creepy. And there was a giant Christmas party with karaoke next door which ruined things. In future I would rather the restaurant be honest and say this is happening because for the price we paid we expect really something special. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Excellent restaurant within the Hôtel des 3 Couronnes. The dishes are very refined and excellent. I recommend the signature menu! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent, refined cuisine, superbly presented, which can be paired wonderfully with sakes that are worth the detour. The service is unfortunately rushed, insufficiently educated and borderline pedantic, which detracts from the delights on the plate. Dishes were plated and served at a speed that even Americans couldn't match. Having the tastes of sake explained to you before having tasted it is a shame, it's the part that you would like to discover for yourself. It would have been better to learn details about the manufacturing characteristics, especially since some very nice things are served! Overall, a very good Japanese restaurant, with a few extras, and all at a very reasonable price. It would be so easy to add that little touch of perfection. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
