The tea is good. Typical bubble tea. The team could improve. The guy at the bar today was annoying. He interrupted my conversation about different tea options with the cashier lady, and when I asked which milk would she (not talking to him still) recommend, he said (with a defensive tone) that he can’t help with a recommendation, it depends on my taste. Bad answer. (+ I asked the girl, not him. Duh) While what he said might be true, he should seriously learn some retail tricks. First, don’t interrupt the initial sale’s person and the customer’s conversation. They are having a one-on-one experience, and relationship. Second, even if you don’t know what to recommend, say something. For example, he could have said: the almond milk has a hint of sweetness and a little nuttiness, while the rice milk is more dense and creamy with a bit of an after-taste. But he didn’t say anything- making me feel like he is unfriendly, or just really not knowledgeable about his own product. Tea is good though. But you don’t only sell the tea, you sell the experience too.

love love LOVE it!!! the people there are so nice and knowledgeable about the teas and flavors, and will even recommend a drink if you're too confused about the many options they have! definitely going back. and the fact that they are open on Sundays is a definite bonus! glad I could get my boba tea fix out here.
