Thank you for your compliments regarding our restaurant, atmosphere and friendly staff, although I am perplexed to learn for the first time of your negative comments about your eating experience, here in a public review. On no less that 2 occasions our staff asked if everything was OK and you didn’t provide any cause for complaint during the meal or when paying the bill.I cannot understand the personal satisfaction that you seek in denigrating the reputation of this (and other) restaurants by choosing the option of making subjective public criticism rather than taking the socially acceptable route of speaking with staff or management on the premises to solve any problems you may have.(Just taking a quick look at your other restaurant reviews it becomes clear that almost nobody can meet your expectations).The only time a restaurant can address your particular and personal issues is by talking to us directly in the restaurant when we ask if everything is alright and ultimately speak to the person in charge. This is why we take the trouble to ask this question because we seek to satisfy our customers!You are quick to provide us with suggestions of how we should run our business, but here is some free advice that will help you in the future if you have any cause for concern in a restaurant - speak to the manager!
