Our stay at Grandhotel Giessbach was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled above the turquoise waters of Lake Brienz and surrounded by lush forests and cascading waterfalls, the location alone feels like something out of a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were completely enchanted—the hotel itself looks like a castle pulled straight from a fairytale. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to make our experience as memorable as possible. They truly go above and beyond. The food was divine. Each meal, from breakfast to dinner, was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. Dining on the terrace with views of the lake and mountains was a highlight of our trip. As for the facilities, everything was maintained to the highest standard. The grand staircase, historic interiors, and serene walking paths around the grounds all added to the sense of timeless elegance. Whether you’re relaxing in one of the cozy salons, strolling through the gardens, or simply soaking in the scenery, the atmosphere is pure magic.
