SCAM. I didn't read the reviews before I go. I asked for a small portion of the salad. The resturant brought it and than claimed that it is the big one forcing me to pay extra knowing that I am tourist. Don't Go there, SCAM. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40

A beautiful spot to grab a bite to eat on the water. The tomato and goat cheese on sourdough bread- wow. It was so fresh and delightful. Really glad we got off the boat for Brienz! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30

The Walz Wein Cafe in Brienz has very delicious food and a stunning view of the lake. It is a great place to make a stop for some unbeatable food and then go for a swim below. There are so many options, so there is sure to be a meal for anyone, but I would definitely recommend the chicken with fries and vegetables.
