I recently visited Bistro Rothorn and ordered the chicken schnitzel. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked and visibly raw on the inside. I pointed this out to the staff, and they offered to make a new one — which I appreciated. However, when they brought the replacement, they asked me if it looked properly cooked. Honestly, I found this quite unprofessional. It's the kitchen’s and staff's responsibility to ensure the food they serve is safe and properly prepared. As a guest, I shouldn't have to quality-check my own meal. This experience really affected my impression of the place. Proper food safety and service standards should be taken more seriously. Es tut uns leid, war das Schnitzel beim ersten Mal nicht 100% durch. Unser Team hat dies ja sofort behoben und ein neues gemacht.
