Ambiente informale, atmosfera semplice e tipicamente “di montagna” cibo molto buono, abbiamo mangiato il rösti e la reclette, bevuto un buon vino del luogo da 50cl (ottima soluzione per 2persone) non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare i dolci perché eravamo sazi, a fine cena il formaggio avanzato dalla raclette ci è stato consegnato da portare a casa, bella trovata! Consigliato. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: CHF 40–50

Questa è la terza volta che vengo qua a pranzo , sempre molto buono , diverso dai menù comuni , rapporto qualità e prezzo molto buoni , i cani sono accettati , posteggi davanti al ristorante , anche il servizio sempre ottimo ! molto consigliato ! bravi continuate così Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Siamo felicissimi di sapere che ha apprezzato il nostro ristorante per la terza volta! La sua soddisfazione è la nostra più grande ricompensa. Ci fa piacere che abbia gradito: * la qualità e l'originalità del nostro menù; * il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo; * la possibilità di portare i cani; * la comodità del parcheggio; * l'ottimo servizio. Il suo incoraggiamento ci motiva a continuare su questa strada. Speriamo di rivederla presto per offrirle un'altra piacevole esperienza culinaria! Grazie ancora per il suo sostegno e per averci raccomandato.

This was, unfortunately, one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. Let me start with the frustrating part: the food was actually excellent. The fondue was delicious, the charcuterie platter was high-quality and generously served, and the waitress was lovely and attentive. But none of that mattered, because the entire evening was completely ruined by what can only be described as an appalling “entertainment” setup. We had booked a table for a quiet Thursday dinner, expecting a normal restaurant atmosphere. Instead, we walked into what turned out to be karaoke—something that was not advertised anywhere. This is simply unacceptable, especially in a country like Switzerland, where you expect a certain standard from restaurants. The “live music” was a man singing karaoke from his laptop, and it was honestly terrible. Completely off-key, no atmosphere, and unbearably loud. We could barely hear each other speak. It already felt intrusive and disrespectful to guests who came for dinner, not a chaotic performance. And then it got worse. Around 20:00, other people started joining in, shouting into the microphone. At that point, the place no longer resembled a restaurant at all—it felt like a cheap, late-night karaoke bar for drunk crowds. The noise level was absurd, the quality was painful, and the whole situation felt incredibly inconsiderate toward guests trying to enjoy a meal. We ended up rushing through dinner and leaving as quickly as possible, despite the good food, simply because staying there was unbearable. It’s such a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. But the complete lack of respect for guests, combined with this disastrous and unannounced karaoke, made the entire experience awful. Avoid this place unless you enjoy having your dinner completely ruined by noise and chaos. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Toutefois, nous tenons à préciser que nos soirées musicales sont systématiquement annoncées sur nos réseaux sociaux et nos supports de communication. Ces événements sont organisés pour offrir une atmosphère conviviale et dynamique à notre clientèle, ce qui est généralement très apprécié. Nous regrettons que le volume sonore ait entravé votre confort, mais nous trouvons dommage qu'une note d'une seule étoile soit attribuée alors que vous qualifiez vous-même la cuisine d'excellente et le service de charmant. Une telle évaluation ne reflète pas le travail passionné de notre équipe en cuisine et en salle. Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez l'occasion de vous accueillir lors d'une soirée plus calme afin que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de notre savoir-faire culinaire dans l'ambiance que vous recherchez. ️
