Un locale cool, gestito ottimamente da Niko e dallo chef Sergio. Cibo veramente eccellente, italiano, greco e locale. Lo chef ti coccola con queste specialità, il tutto accompagnato da ottimi vini e birre del territorio. La gentilezza dei gestori ti avvolge durante tutta la cena, riempiendoti di serenità. Andateci, non rimarrete delusi! Grazie ancora per tutto, un abbraccio, Rosanna e Gaetano dalla Puglia. My partner and I spent our entire weekend in Vercorin eating and drinking at The Bistro. Nicos is the most kind-hearted, loving person. The chef, Sergio, is incredibly kind and an amazing cook! Both took amazing care of us and even ensured to make a special Moussaka dish for a taste of Greece. The food is great, the staff is incredible. Nicos and Sergio made special gluten free dishes to meet my allergy needs. The people are what make a place, and this place has made our trip absolutely outstanding. We look forward to coming back as soon as possible! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last week my family and I stayed at the SwissPeak resort for the ISBHF Ball hockey Championships. The resturant staff, especially Niko, were extremly friendly, kind, compassionate and hard working, they treated us like famliy. Not only is the service great but the contemporary sleek design along with wodden accents and goergoues views combined with one of the BEST burgers I have ever had created an ever lasting memory. I hope to be back at The Bistro Vercorin one day tp see my friend Niko. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
