However, implying that our food was unsafe does not reflect our standards or the experience of the thousands of guests we serve.During your visit, the rest of your family expressed satisfaction with both the food and the meat they ordered, and the steak in question was taken home after the meal.We take food safety extremely seriously and have never received complaints suggesting that our meat poses a risk to our guests. If there was a specific issue, we invite you to provide details by phone or email so that it can be properly addressed. We respectfully ask that the comment be removed. If it is not, we may unfortunately be obliged to pursue the matter legally, as the claims constitute aggravated defamation under Italian law.
