Conservo ancora parecchie newsletter di Krispy e, mi pare, anche la mail nella quale chiedevo alla sede Usa se -pietosa insania- potesse spedirmi i donuts in Italia. Ovviamente no, ne avrebbe risentito la freschezza. Ora che Krispy è a pochi metri da casa, spero - mi sarà consentito l'infantilismo una buona volta- non mi lasci. Del resto, "Keep your eye on the donut". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Accoglienza super, ma è l'unico punto favorevole. Considerate che è la prima volta che vado e quindi non posso dire se è stato un giorno "no" o se sia la norma. Ho preso una box da 6 con vari gusti ripieni e non. Tutte le ciambelle e bignè avevano un gusto di olio vecchio. In più 3 dei 6 gusti sembravano poco freschi (crosta dura all'esterno e sbriciolosa all'interno). Nel complesso un prodotto médiocre che difficilmente riuscirà a farmi tornare per riprovare. Il costo è in linea con il prezzo di mercato ma purtroppo non con la qualità proposta. Per me, purtroppo... una delusione. Moderately air-conditioned, and somewhat cooler than most other shops and restraunts I'd been into (which have had little to no air conditioning). There is plenty of seating too. Very clean atmosphere, very friendly, patient and helpful staff with great suggestions! If you go there early in the morning when they first open, you can watch them make the donuts from scratch! The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I was in the mood for an iced coffee, and was going to get a Chocolate Cookie Latte but was told it only comes hot, which I didn't know before. The lady at the counter then kindly suggested an iced Caramel Macchiato and said it was very good, so I decided to try it! I really appreciate that she even asked what type of milk and cream I wanted in my drink! She gave me many options, including Lactose Free! Great customer service skills! For someone who is lactose intolerant (much like myself), I really appreciate there being a lactose free option! Other coffee places I've been to don't have that option! It was sooooooo good and refreshing! Especially on a hot day! On the way out, the same lady who suggested it to me even asked me how it was and I told her that it was very good! I really appreciate her helpfulness and the suggestion as I had never had that menu item before! I also appreciate her asking me how it was on my way out the door! Would highly recommend this Krispy Kreme! Great place to get a wonderful Lactose Free coffee! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Plenty of Lactose Free options for those who are lactose intolerant (much like myself)! I really appreciate that because I have been to so many coffee places that have not had any lactose free options! Great place to get a wonderful Lactose Free coffee!
