Casual Mexican streetfood venue with a couple of small tables. The food came out quickly and the servers were nice. My daughter enjoyed the chicken quesadillas with salsa Verde. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Mexicana Streetfood Central Lausanne and was truly impressed by the quality of the food. The flavors were authentic and immediately brought back memories of Mexican cuisine from my hometown—especially the quesadillas, which tasted just like those from a real Mexican restaurant. However, I found the pricing to be quite steep. Paying 30 CHF for four quesadillas felt excessive, especially considering that it’s the same price as two burritos here. While the food is excellent and the taste is spot on, I believe the restaurant should reconsider its pricing to offer better value for money. Overall, the food is amazing and worth trying if you’re craving authentic Mexican street food, but be prepared for higher prices than you might expect.
