Il locale è veramente carino e il personale gentile, ma la cosa migliore è il cibo. Dal dolce al salato veramente tutto ottimo e preparato al momento. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Coccinelle Café – Avoid. We were just passing from the Lausanne and we just stopped to have breakfast. The coffee was, at best, mediocre. The food was equally bland, and the poached egg was practically raw. But the worst part by far was the service, which bordered on unacceptable. The waiter served the coffee spilled all over the saucer. Instead of replacing it, she casually wiped it with a napkin in front of us and handed it back – still wet and stained. She took our order while the riddle from her crossword was still on the table – perhaps she was too tired to care, even though it was only 10:30 AM. We were given a bottle of water without any glasses. When we finally got some, they were old, cloudy, and full of scratches – clearly overused and not properly maintained. It felt like they had given up entirely – the whole place gave off an air of neglect. The state of the bathrooms didn’t help either – only moderately clean and lacking any real sense of style or upkeep. Either the management no longer cares, or this place is quietly preparing to shut down. In any case, I would not recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: CHF 40–50
