Very nice and stylish restaurant, it was just a shame that when we made the reservation at lunchtime we weren't made aware that there was only the Easter menu. We were already looking forward to dishes from the menu and were faced with a fait accompli in the evening. The (overpriced) menu couldn't be ordered with another meat instead of lamb, lamb or vegetarian, nothing else... Sorry, but lamb isn't for every man and woman, I think that's my wish for an alternative wasn't that deliberative. The waitress noticed that I was a little disappointed, sour and not very talkative. We definitely poured ourselves the wine we ordered. We just thought it was a shame that there was no indication anywhere in the hotel as to what we would have to eat in the evening, so we wouldn't have the option to choose... But as I said, the ambience and furnishings were very nice! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We enjoyed the Easter menu and with a heavy heart I can only give it four stars because of a tough and almost raw lamb fillet. This is very unfortunate given the overall highly convincing quality and excellent composition and flavor compositions; it may even be due more to my individual preference than to the quality of the meat and preparation. The great location on the Rhine and the very, very friendly service could not hide the fact that the room was rather bare and the service was not a trained specialist. That may be ok. Be for a snack bar or a pub, but not in a higher-priced restaurant. I admit, given the exquisite taste experience (with the exception of the lamb), the friendliness and the location, it sounds a bit like complaining without suffering, but the higher the prices, the higher the standards. Bottom line: Recommended Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
