This place has many names which is suspicious: The receipt says "Bar Quadrafoglio" The menu says "King Size Cafe" The sign inside says "Cafe Miani" Outside says something else I believe. They have some faster style Food like panini's etc, as well as coffee, cold drinks including beer and gelato/ice cream treats. We were walking back from the Vatican and hot, the place looks inviting, open seats, and looked air conditioned. We thought we could purchase and sit down as there was a tale out style refrigerator. As we looked at the drinks the guy came up and looked at us, so I asked if we should sit down and he said yes. It was a little awkward. We looked at the menus on the table for a few minutes and he came right away and we said we needed more time. Awkward again. After we ordered we did enjoy the air conditioning..... Some Italian people went to the register and they paid there so we followed. I later looked at the receipt and unless one of our gelato's was 8 Euros, we were overcharged. There was no breakdown of the items on the receipt, so either we were overcharged or the gelato was very expensive. Not recommended unless you can't make it any further do to exhaustion or being overheated. Its a cute place that is well air conditioned, but there are cute places all over Rome, so all they have going for them is air conditioning.
