Gustosi piatti,ben presentati e di ottima qualità ,cucina raffinata appetibile,gustosa,dall antipasto al dolce e per finire,personale che coccola anche il cuore perché è col cuore che sei accolto in una location particolare, elegante grazie

Only half satisfied. I spent New Year's Eve dinner at the Ippolito restaurant. Very elegant and particular place, quite attentive staff and excellent quality live music that enlivened the whole evening. The sore point, for me, was the menu, which was somewhat disappointing: the starter was quite varied but subdued; the first ones were banal and not to our liking. Giant ravioli with very little content, immersed in a "dangerous mussel sauce" that almost required a spoon, the slice of amberjack served with vegetables was completely hard and overcooked, inedible for me (in my opinion none of the staff tasted it before serve it). The bottle of wine, quite anonymous, was served without even asking if we wanted still wine or bubbles. Overall a pleasant evening, in a nice venue, but the menu was not to our liking. It's a shame because from the photos on the internet I expected something completely different, the expectations were very high and they were not met, also in light of the price per person. I had the impression of a savings menu. Place to try perhaps in another context, perhaps "a la carte".
