Un'attrattiva locale, il Rione Monti, che si trova accanto in questo ristorante, fa parte della cultura autentica di questa città. Intercafe propone cucina italiana.
Don't go to this place. Stopped in for a quick bit and beer. The pasta dishes we ordered were just okay and the waiter brought us 2 beers in a liter mug. Not thinking anything of is we ate and drank. When we got the bill the beers were €15 each and they charged and automatic 20% service fee on top of it. Our quick lunch turned into a €56 bill. Such a rip off!!!
Avoid. Biggest rip off ever. Do not give them any business. Rude staff, careless about how they prepare their food, overpriced and artificial tasting gelato. An insult to Rome and the culture of Italian food. We only stopped by in a hurry for some quick gelato. Didn't look it up because all the gelato we've had our entire trip has been delicious, fresh, and very satisfying. We told them it was to go, they gave us tiny scoops and a big cone, and charged us 8€. I should have asked what their price was but I expected the normal cost as all places between 2-3€ for two scoops. Even the most renown gelato places with decadent flavors, homemade gelato, and servers dressed in bowties (Giolitti) only costs 2.50€. Not worth a single cent. Nor your time.
TOURIST TRAP!!! We walked in to order some coffee and pastries to go, but the waiter insisted on us sitting at a table. I thought it might take some time to make the coffee and he didn't want us to wait standing at the bar. He brought the order to eat at the table and WE ENDED UP PAYING 25€ FOR 2 CAPUCCINOS AND 2 TERRIBLE PASTRIES. A total rip-off (we payed 7€ for the same order somewhere nearby the day before). DON'T GO.
