Perfetto, tutto ciò che si può desiderare da un ristorante. Servizio magistrale, personale gentile cordiale e soprattutto preparato. Cucina di un livello veramente alto, con attenzione anche al singolo dettaglio e con un tocco delicato e particolare. La location parla da sola, palazzo storico con affreschi del 1200, tavoli ben curati e arredo perfetto. Continuate così. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

An amazing secret restaurant just a stones throw from Piazza Della Signoria. From the outside, it looks like a wine shop but inside it holds treasure. The restaurant is set in a beautiful vaulted ceiling building with frescos and you dine surrounded by bottles of fine wine. Once you have selected your food, you can walk round the shop and choose what you want to have with dinner, either by the bottle or by the glass. The food is not just delicious and beautiful but inventive and original. The pasta and muscles with candied lemon was outstanding. The portions are generous and you can choose from a tasting menu or a la carte. If you are in Florence, don't fall for the tourist traps of the main squares. Take a couple of steps back to discover an exceptional dining experience. Innocenti wines also have a basement with ancient Roman ruins which you can visit. This is their wine tasting room. The staff speak English fluently and made a huge effort to make us feel welcome while also relaxed and informal. This is Michelin quality food in a fun relaxed atmosphere.
