Ambiente carino, cibo buono, devo essere onesta la carbonara mi è sembrata più buona quella di Trastevere con la pasta fresca, non so magari hanno cambiato qualcosa nel format. Maritozzi buonissimi, panino buonissimo con hamburger Vegetarian options: Si Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Maritozzo Alla Amatriciana, Maritozzo Tiramisu

Format molto carino e piatti buoni. I find myself sadly leaving this review. I was here on November 2nd with 9 other friends and I have no positive words for the service, I have never received worse service than this and reading other reviews I think it's always the same person who behaves this way. Let's start by saying that they didn't have our reservation and initially they pretended nothing had happened as if it wasn't possible, then once they understood everything they offered us a bottle of wine but we still waited half an hour to get a table. Once it's time to take the order we ask for changes and are mortified because the waiter "no longer had space to write down the changes", a rather inappropriate response because the problem is not mine. We then waited for 50 minutes before receiving the starters, once they arrived some friends were out smoking given the very long wait and the kind waiter tells us that we have to hurry and call them because "we can't possibly stay here until the evening before sending the others bring." Once the other courses arrive obviously a dish was missing and we see the sad scene of the waiter blaming us with the chef saying it's our fault, when he knew full well he was being seen by us. Again, truly unprofessional and disrespectful. After another 15 minutes the last dish finally arrives which he will eat alone. Final surprise, we ask for the bill and the bottle of wine that we were told would be offered due to the booking mix-up was on the bill! Truly unacceptable. I am very sorry to write this and I don't usually do it also because I have been to the one in Trastevere several times and I have never had such experiences. And above all the food deserves it, so I ask the owner to pay more attention to the service in Prati also because it seems to me that I am not the only one to have received similar service. I don't remember the specific problem, I'm sorry, the joke from the guy in the room was probably misinterpreted. As for the wine, if it was said that it would be offered you could have remembered this at the time of payment and we would have resolved it. On festive days like November 1st or 2nd when the place is packed, unfortunately perhaps some booking notes have been missed. We are sorry but we invite you to come back and visit us in Prati or Trastevere to spend a day or evening in harmony. We will make it up to you with our food and a better welcome as is our habit.
