Let me start by saying that I booked with TheFork. The place is located inside a hotel and is definitely very beautiful, with an intimate and elegant environment, very well lit and which never feels stuffy even if the tables are arranged quite close together. My partner and I ordered two salmon tartares, I must say quite good, well seasoned and the correct portion for an appetizer. As for the first course, we ordered tortelli with butter and sage and paccheri with fish sauce, I must say both were excellent, I particularly recommend the tortelli which in my opinion deserve a lot. We didn't have dessert, so I can't talk about it, I can say that the choices were very classic. The service was good, quite quick and tidy, despite the difficulty of that moment for the head nurse who found himself managing everything alone, but I would like to underline that he maintained a decent service, even if perhaps a little too exuberant for the environment, but that's personal taste. In conclusion, a nice experience, a fair price for what we ate, even with a discount.
