Siamo stati a Torino per una breve vacanza, cercando su Google un ristorante vegano ci aveva incuriosito questo posto chiamato: IDEM CON PATATE......ci siamo stati tre volte, una volta a pranzo e due volte a cena, tutto molto buono, il risotto, l' aperitivo , i dolci. Posto molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo, lo straconsiglio e mi auguro di ritornare a Torino per andare a mangiare da loro Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, but this restaurant blew my mind. Came with two friends for lunch and called 15 minutes before to reserve our seats. We had the cheese platter for starters and the carbonara, the pesto rosso and the beyond meat with truffle sauce. Carbonara? Bloody fantastic. The creaminess, smoky aroma of guanciale - honestly, one of the best versions I've had in a while. I would come back again just for this. The pasta rosso was good: simple, rich, and packed with flavours. The Beyond Meat dish was skilfully done. Grilled and crisp on its outside, tender on the inside. I've tasted many attempts at elevating the mock meat, but this one tops it all. Paired with the truffle and cream sauce, it really was quite the delight. My vegan friend was in heaven. Her two carnivorous pals couldn't stop singing praises. IDEM is definitely on our must-visit list for our next visit next year.
