Un piacevole spazio ( anche per i bambini) dove trovare tutta la splendida pasticceria siciliana cannoli paste di mandorla cassate e anche la classica rosticceria con le arancine di vari gusti. Si possono organizzare piccoli parties per ricorrenze. Da non mancare a Bari. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The "I Tesori di Sicilia" pastry shop located in Via Benedetto Cairoli is a place that promises a culinary journey through the typical desserts of the Sicilian tradition. The atmosphere, however, seems to be more influenced by the city of Bari than by the distant island, creating an interesting cultural mix that is also reflected in the gastronomic offer. I appreciate the quality of the desserts: cannoli, cassata and other delights are prepared with care, using carefully selected raw materials that guarantee an authentic tasting experience. The restaurant joins the Too Good To Go initiative, a noble project that aims to reduce food waste by allowing customers to purchase the unsold items of the day at a reduced price, however my recent experience with the Surprise Bag purchased through Too Good To Go it was very disappointing. The cream of the pastries, instead of being a pleasant end to the day, turned out to be very acidic and therefore inedible, unfortunately forcing me to dispose of the contents of the Surprise Bag. This incident raises concerns not only about the freshness of the products offered for the Too Good To Go initiative but also about the health of consumers, given that the Too Good To Go regulations are clear: food that has gone bad must not be served in any way, shape, or manner. I promptly opened a report to investigate the matter further, as per the Too Good To Go process. It is essential that the venue takes this feedback seriously to ensure similar incidents do not happen again in the future. Despite the accident, I am willing to give "I Tesori di Sicilia" a second chance. I firmly believe that everyone can learn from their mistakes and improve. I hope that the pastry shop can use this review as a stimulus to raise the standards of quality and service, so that it can continue to delight the palates of its customers without risking their health. In conclusion, while recognizing the quality of the fresh desserts and the iconic atmosphere of the venue, I invite "I Tesori di Sicilia" to review its policies relating to the Too Good To Go initiative and to ensure that every product served is always up to the standards customer expectations. With the hope that my feedback can contribute to an improvement, I wish the venue all the success it deserves. Thank you for your review, we generally use products that are no more than 2 days old for good to go because otherwise we wouldn't even get good publicity. We invite you to collect a new box and give us new feedback
