Excellent service tonight from a younger gentleman at the bar! Very attentive. It depends here on the attention in service. The drinks are very good. Aperol Spritz drinks are a favorite among the Italians here. Recommend if you like somewhat sweeter drinks. The food quality is usually very good. Ranging from pasta dishes to a few pizza choices or so. They have other entrees, salads, desserts too. I've been coming here for business. It's a good hotel restaurant in the Hilton Milan. Close walking to the Milan Centrale station.

I was quite sceptical at first since this is a restaurant in a hotel. Placing the drinks menu instead of the food menu by the entrance was confussing as I was not sure what kind of a place this was at first. Moving on, the food was really great and they even made a grilled vegetables side off menu upon request. Today the three waiters seemed somehow overwhelmed and one was a bit snappy but it think they are just understaffed (management please note). The food is great I dare repeat. Worth a try

I normally avoid restaurants in hotels, but Concept45 is worth to be visited: close to Central Station, very nice dining room, great service, and above all interesting menu. Creative, right speed, excellent ingredients and preparation, inspired by local Lombardy, Piedmont and Venetian traditions. For example, for lunch there is the 16 Euro proposal which includes a starter + main course + pizza + mineral water + coffee, to be chosen in a list of 4-5 proposals!
