Vieni in questo ristorante a mangiare se senti fame dopo aver guardato il Kirche St. Jakob. Tra i posti dove provare cucina svizzera, questo ristorante è sicuramente uno dei migliori. Ordinare qui gli esotici filetto americano e kama è una piacevole esperienza. Ottimi vino o champagne sono ciò che potrebbe farti venire di nuovo al ristorante Gamper Restaurant. Vieni qui per prendere un fantastico caffè espresso.
Un aspetto positivo di questo posto è che il personale è davvero efficiente. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del piacevole servizio. Inoltre, i clienti consigliano Gamper Restaurant per i prezzi popolari. Di solito è una buona idea provare qualcosa di nuovo godendosi un ambiente fichissimo. Eccellente indirizzo a Zurigo, ottima cena, prezzi ragionevoli per Zurigo, cameriere bravo e "simpatico" ;-)

Very disappointing experience for the hopes we had. The food was not impressive for 115.-, basic salad with a paprika sauce, mushrooms in a very clear soupe and a main dish of pork which was not mind blowing either, desert was good but I can poach pears better. Wine was very good from start to finish. Overall it’s not a restaurant where I’ll go back, for the same price you could have much better food in top restaurants in Zurich. I think it’s way too hype for the standards they are serving. However the Bar worth going: good cocktails, less pricey than the restaurant. Gamper Restaurant in Zurich offers a dining experience that leaves much to be desired. The food at Gamper is just okay, which is disappointing, especially considering the high prices. While there are moments of creativity in the dishes, the overall quality does not justify the cost. For the price charged, one would expect a much higher standard of culinary excellence. The ambiance and decor of Gamper are disappointingly simple, bordering on cheap. While minimalism can often be a sign of sophistication, in this case, it detracts from the overall dining experience. The setting fails to justify the high prices, making it difficult to appreciate the food fully. While Zurich is generally safe, the location of Gamper near the red zone is somewhat unsettling. The surroundings can feel disturbing, particularly when considering the premium prices of the meals. It’s an odd juxtaposition that doesn’t enhance the overall experience. The drinks and wine offerings at Gamper are also restrictive. Given the restaurant's price range, one would expect a more extensive and varied selection to complement the meals. Unfortunately, the limited choices further contribute to the sense of underwhelming value. The staff at Gamper are unfriendly. Their behavior makes guests feel unwelcome, with frequent interruptions during conversations to explain the menu rules. This approach is not only rude but also creates an impression that guests are being given a free meal rather than paying a substantial amount just to dine there. The service does not meet the standards expected of a high-end restaurant. While Gamper Restaurant in Zurich offers food that is okay, the overall experience is marred by a restrictive menu, simple decor, and unsettling location. The limited beverage options and unfriendly, staff further detract from the experience. For the high prices charged, one would expect a more refined and welcoming atmosphere.
