Esperienza piacevole. Personale molto cordiale. Ci sono venuti subito in aiuto, nonostante la difficoltà con la lingua. Grazie al proprietario e alla dipendente Maria che ci hanno aiutato nella scelta e ci hanno accompagnato fino alla fine di questa serata. Fonduta eccezionale. Grazie

If you are a tourist taking a city break in Zurich in winter time without going to the Swiss Alps, this spot is a good choice! The interior decoration is very cool and the atmosphere fantastic, despite being in a city and not in the mountains. The hospitality is very good, the service is good too. The fondue though is clearly not the best you can find in Switzerland, especially if you compare it with what you can get in the French-speaking part of the country (each region has its own version using local cheeses). Since the Fondue Chalet was held this way for the first time in 2023, there is certainly still room for improvement. Feedback like yours will help us optimize for the 2024 season.
