Fior Fiore è vicinissimo al Museo Storico dell'Arma del Genio e dell'Architettura Militare. In questa pizzeria, i visitatori possono avere dei gnocchi, mozzarella e tagliatelle curatissimi. Qui si possono degustare un ottimo chianti. I clienti non apprezzano molto il caffè della pizzeria Fior Fiore.
Parecchi visitatori constatano che il personale è attento in questo posto. Dal punto di vista dei visitatori, il pessimo servizio è al di sotto delle aspettative dei clienti. Questi prezzi medi non vanno bene per questo locale.

After hours of trekking the magnificent city of Rome, my friend and I decided to ignore all of the telltale signs of a tourist-trap; we should've known better. The server/host convinced us to have a seat, and that was the most attentive he was for the rest of the night. We had to wave desperately for his attention, and when the food finally came, it was mediocre at best. Quantity over quality was the theme of the night. I'll always remember this restaurant especially for the worst caprese I have ever had; even as I write this, I can still taste the foul mozzarella and poorly sliced tomatoes in the back of my throat. The steamed spinach looked like putty and tasted of hot water, and the charcuterie was a large assortment of overly salty low-grade salami. And as for the olives and cheeses which I was hoping would fill a fraction of my belly, were canned black olives and hardened parmesan which crumbled into saw dust on my tongue. My fellow travelers, please be cautious when dining around major attractions, restaurants with pictures of the food on the menu, and hosts who try to herd you like cattle into their restaurant.

I have to start off by saying this is some of the best gnocchi I've ever had - so glad I didn't read the reviews before coming here. After a long day seeing the sights, we just wanted a place to rest our feet and indulge in some authentic Italian dishes, and this place delivered. My gnocchi was light as air and came with a creamy quattro formaggio sauce. We also ordered a bottle of Chianti which paired really nicely with my entree. Service was also very friendly and accommodating - this was our first day in Rome and we were adjusting to the heat, and they seated us right under the air conditioner for comfort.

Tomuhle místu se vyhněte velkým obloukem. Fior Fiore najdete přímo u Španělských schodů, takže o restaurace tu rozhodně není nouze, jen my jsme bohužel vybrali tu nejhorší co šlo. Na stole prapodivný plastový ubrus, menu proloženo obrázky pravděpodobně stáhnutými z googlu, výloha kýčovitě vyzdobená až mi to připomínalo ty v Česku. Teď když to tu píšu, tak si fakt řikám, proč jsme vůbec šli sem. Obsluha celkem sympatická, ale strašně pomalá. Jídlo strašný. Spaghetti pomodoro byly prostě špagety s pár rajčaty - žádný parmazán, nějaká bazalka, nic. Kamarádky gnocchi quattro formaggi (foto od Sabina K. v galerii) taky stály za pendrek, kamarád své lasagně popsal jako "tohle bylo určitě zmražený" a druhý kamarád měl špagety s mořskými plody, který snědl bez nějakých námitek, ale věřící se kvůli nim taky nestal. Prostě žádná snaha. Spousta položek v menu má u názvu hvězdičku = jídlo MŮŽE být předem zmražené!!! Obsluze jsme řekli, že jídlo nám nechutnalo, ale jim to ani vrásku neudělalo a pán pouze s úsměvem odvětil "i can see" a ukázal na můj talíř nedojedeného jídla. Když jsme platili, tak si vedle nás sedly dvě dámy a my jim řekli, ať raději jdou jinam. Až tak nás tohle místo zklamalo.
