They are scammers. I ordered a burger to arrive at my hotel. They only reached halfway and put the order as delivered. Their phone does work, and they said they arrived at my hotel and because I wasn't picking up their call, they didn't deliver. JustEat refused the refund. Hope you all can sleep thinking that you leave a disable person without food to eat my meds with. Scammers. Sono dei truffatori. Ho ordinato un hamburger da portare in hotel. We simply place the order when it arrives and hand it over to the Just Eat delivery person. We aren't even told whether the order is delivered or not, so we don't know how to help you. If you have any questions, you can contact Just Eat customer service or write a review for them. We at Delirium Cafe Roma are only responsible for what happens at our restaurant or the quality of the products delivered; we are not responsible for anything else.
