We had a wonderful day with Patrizia and her daughter Giuliana. Starting with a stroll through her favorite food market and ending with a delicious 4 course lunch that we helped to cook in their beautiful apartment in the historical centre of Palermo. Our group ranged from my 9 year old daughter to my 78 year old mother and we all enjoyed the day equally. You feel genuinely welcomed into their home and you can feel the passion for local food and ingredients. Highly recommended for anyone interested in great food and good conversation. Grazie mille Patrizia!

We enjoyed a Sicilian cooking class with Patrizia. She taught us typical recipes such as pasta with pesto Trapanese and caponata. We spent a great afternoon in her home and at the end we enjoyed an excellent meal. We highly recommend the experience

At first I thought nothing would beat my experience cooking in Florence, but @siciliandays_cooking_class was an extraordinary experience. Patrizia showed me more than cooking traditional Sicilian dishes, she showed me how to live like Sicilians. I enjoyed every single moment of that, since her heartfelt welcome to our celebration with Mauro on the last day. Patrizia always told me the stories of the dishes and took me to the market for buying the ingredients, eventually adjusting the menu according to the freshness of the options. The cooking was on a beautiful villa recently refurbished accompanied by tasteful local wines making the cooking a super enjoyable experience. And the dishes Oh my God that was heaven on earth! I’m trying all of them in Brazil. Patrizia thank you so much for the days that we spent together. I had a blast with you
