Buon albergo. Reception davvero gentili, disponibili e professionali. Sempre pronti a soddisfare una tua necessità. Non metto 5 stelle perché per me é una struttura a cui manca un anima, una sua identità. Siamo cmq stati bene.

Wonderful stay last week at Chalet Hotel Schönegg. We were welcomed with a free upgraded to a junior suite and the room was beautiful with an incredible view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast and dinner options were yummy and the quiet spa was a wonderful way to spend the early evening before dinner. We’ll be back!

An Unforgettable Wedding Experience at Chalet Hotel Schönegg We hosted our wedding at Chalet Hotel Schönegg on January 25, 2025, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—starting with the beautiful setting, amazing food, and warm, elegant atmosphere. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was the people. The owners, Sebastian and Line, clearly take immense pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the guest experience. Laura and Cornelia were absolutely incredible to work with—they went above and beyond to help us plan and execute every aspect of our celebration with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Whether it was big-picture planning or small last-minute touches, they made us feel like our happiness was their top priority. The entire staff made us feel supported, celebrated, and completely at ease throughout the entire stay. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, with great access to skiing and just a short walk into town. Chalet Hotel Schönegg will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone planning a special event or just looking for an exceptional stay in Zermatt.
