I have been coming to this bar for more than a year and I have always had a good experience. The food on display is always fresh , the staff has generally been kind and friendly and most important to me they really make good cappuccinos.... Today, however, I had an unpleasant situation: while I was listening to a voice message at a normal volume, a new staff member told me that I had to use earphones to listen to my messages. Honestly, this seemed excessive to me, considering that this is a bar and not a library. Moreover, at the same time there were several people talking normally and laughing to each other, and I don’t see much difference between that and listening to a voice message at a low volume. This had never happened to me before and it honestly left me a bit puzzled... Unfortunately, if this kind of attitude continues, I will probably avoid stopping by when this person is on shift.
