We have taken note of your feedback with regret. However, we feel compelled to respond to several of your claims.The way you have portrayed your stay at our hotel is, in our view, both distorted and partially defamatory. Multiple employees from different departments have independently reported that they felt personally hurt by your behaviour. We take the wellbeing of our team very seriously — especially when their emotional health is affected to the point of tears.We therefore stand by our General Manager's statement: Respect must go both ways. While our guests are entitled to excellent service, this does not override the fundamental principle of treating others with dignity and courtesy.The Walliserhof Grand-Hotel & Spa is built on values of hospitality, sincerity, and mutual respect — both for our guests and our team members.
