Siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante dallo chef Gianluca il maitre nicola ,ci hanno accompagnato nella scelta del menu dove tutti i prodotti sono freschi ,prodotti da loro ,ogni richiesta è stata accolta e quando sono arrivati i piatti abbiamo sentito tutto il sapore dei prodotti freschi, i piatto abbondanti, e consiglio la gricia è stata fantastica, ci hanno fatto sentire accolti come in famiglia, un vero gioiellino in roma questo ristorante, avessi potuto avrei dato 10 stelle. Capitate per caso, abbiamo trovato, oltre a cordialità, simpatia e buonumore non scontati, una sorprendente passione per il proprio lavoro e per la migliore soddisfazione del cliente. Tutto ciò accompagnato da una buona qualità dei prodotti utilizzati per la creazione di piatti gustosi e genuini. Da provare! This place came under new ownership on Monday, and we were lucky enough to stumble upon it while trying to escape the midday heat. Since it’s underground, the space was naturally cool and comfortable, but what really stood out was how warmly we were welcomed by the new owners. The atmosphere felt genuine, friendly, and personal. The staff and ownership were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about everything they served. We started with a bottle of wine, personally chosen by the owner after we described what we liked, and it was absolutely delicious. We also bought some spicy olive oil, which they vacuum-sealed so we could safely bring it home. We loved the experience so much that we came back again today for a wine and cheese tasting, and honestly, it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever had. We’re already planning to return again tomorrow or the next day to try their daily pasta. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and special. Their menu rotates based on the season and fresh produce, and it’s clear that the owners and staff truly prioritize quality, hospitality, and creating a memorable experience. This is not a place to rush in and out of. Stay awhile, savor every moment, and let them take care of you. Update: I ended up returning several more times after writing this, and somehow each visit made me love this place even more. I came back for another wine and cheese pairing, tried their daily pasta, a delicious zucchini pesto, and had the most dreamy truffle pasta that I would consider their signature dish. Every dish had me happily dancing in my seat. What makes this place so special is not just the food, though the food is unforgettable. It’s the warmth of the owner and staff, who made me feel less like a customer and more like part of the family. Every recommendation felt thoughtful and personal, from the wine to the cheese to the pasta. I’m now writing this from the airport, already sad that I don’t know when I’ll be back in Rome.
