Very good service, with a smile, that is seldom the case nowadays in the hospitality world. Suboptimal flat white (milk breaking, and the milk underneath the surface was runny so it looks like unsteamed milk stirred into the coffee). The coffee flavour is also plain bitter, which was unexpected, considering that the coffee beans are from Rose Roastery. The pain au chocolat was also disappointing as the chocolate filling was only at one end of the bread. The rest was empty so it tasted more like a plain, albeit very good, croissant. The pasty was however very good as expected from Collective Bakery. The croissant was slightly burnt, but it was still edible and the puff pastry had the amazing texture that is characteristic of collective bakery. I wish the team all the best at this relatively new location. Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I had a Pillow, I don't know what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't the worst pastry I've ever had. It tasted like cheese with mashed banana. I really hope there was some kind of mistake because it looked so good, but my friends tried it thinking I was exaggerating, and no, it was awful!!! I was so disappointed 6,50.- for that! It's intentionally filled with roasted smashed banana (for caramelized depth) and sweet corn cream (for creamy nuance), a bold, innovative combination that's not to everyone's taste, and we completely understand that.
