Our experience at Casa Fiori upset us. First of all, we arrived a little early from our reservation time, they welcomed us in and seated us. This was very sweet. Then we ordered our meals and we ordered a shared meal because our aim was to experience the place and its food. We ordered red wine in addition to the meal. They misunderstood and brought white wine. We said we wanted red, they did not, but he approached us with a completely negative attitude because of what he misunderstood. As a result, the waiter who served us changed his behavior towards us. In other words; he was rude to us both because he thought we ordered a little (!) food and because he misunderstood the bottle of wine (!). He asked us if we should get it 3 times while there was food on our plates. After filling the wine, he left the bottle in the middle of the table. Moreover, he filled it again while there was wine in our glasses. In conclusion, this restaurant does not give out free food, so we went to eat with our money. We did not let them open a second bottle of wine because of this rudeness. We are tourists, our food culture may be different. You did not treat us respectfully. Im visiting Milan as a tourist and my local friends recommended me Casa Fiori Chiari among some other places to eat. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the food and the staff and the public. Would love to come here again next time im in the city Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
